While I am all for fanless setups (and indeed this is what I have
now), I do not believe they always work 'as expected'.

I currently own a Zotac ION board with an Atom 230 in it (no fan).
With my case closed, it actually overheats and down-throttles!  I know
this because linux is nice enough to spam my console every few
milliseconds and tell me. :-)
