[mythtv-users] no display of channel name/number and program when changing channels

Have you tried different OSD themes to see whether this problem is
specific to the OSD theme you are using?

Another reason could be that you have bad or missing channel
configurations and/or listings data, which means the OSD is working
normally but has no data to display.
