Okay, so lirc_serial did load correctly, good.

And you're correct, it was indeed lirc_i2c that didn't load correctly.
That rings a bell, but I thought I'd already fixed it. Are you running
the latest Fedora 11 kernel? Maybe I only fixed it in the Fedora 12
kernel...
