I am using ubuntu 9.10 on the laptop with xbmc 9.11. dns works on my
lan and I have set the video source to myth://mythtv:password@media
(where media is the backend). It works fine.

xbmc produces detailed logs. As this is probably getting OT in this
email list, may I suggest the xbmc forum?
