[mythtv-users] Building the trunk on Mac OS X 10.5

I'm having trouble doing this manually.

With --enable-mac-accel videoout_dvdv.mm has a lot of compile issues. I 
see that its 15 months old, and presume that it hasn't worked with qt4 
and the trunk.

Without that enable the only video output that configure gives is

and when I run the build it can't find any video outputs.

Suggestions?
