Thomas,
     Make sure you have the proper python dependencies installed. Check 
the Netvision wiki page: http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/MythNetvision

You can also test the Netvision grabbers from the command line:
 > /where ever the grabbers are installed/mtv.py -S "Buckethead"

If this is an installation issue messages will be displayed on the console.
