[mythtv-users] Disabling HD-PVR "Bling" Lights

Justin,
     I read a long time ago that if you manage to turn off those lights 
the circuitry is set up so that you also turn off the Fan which is 
definitely not advised. All I did was put a piece of black electrical 
tape across those front blue panel lights (leaving the recording light 
visible) and around the rim where the "bling" lights are. Assuming you 
take your time the "bling" light taping can almost look like it is part 
of the original design.

It has been over two years now and I never had to change the original 
added tape.
