But this will no doubt get appealed, I wouldn't set up a business based on the assumption that this is cast-in-stone, at 
least not yet.

The MPAA has fought a DMCA exception for "fair use" in the past, claiming that an acceptable substitute is aiming a 
camcorder at a screen, so don't hold your breath.
