[mythtv-users] Timezone Problem with mythfilldatabase after upgrade to latest Ubuntu

I have just upgraded by mythubuntu Box to Ubuntu 10.4 and set up the UK
Radio Times Grabber.  I get the following error:

XMLTV requires a Date::Manip timezone of +0000 to work properly.
Current Date::Manip timezone is 1.
2010-06-13 18:26:39.539 FillData, Error: xmltv returned error code 65280
2010-06-13 18:26:39.539 Error in 1:1: unexpected end of file

Any Suggestions?
