[mythtv-users] VAAPI Support in Mythtv (Now all hardware might be capable)

Dear Mythtv Community,

is there already a way to get VAAPI support for Mythtv?
Patches for Mplayer and ffmpeg exist. Isn't it possible to implement at least the ffmpeg patches to get any hardwaresupport?
Is there a big difficulty to implement VVAPI with the patches known for mplayer?
My main intension is to use my new box for live TV....
