10.04 install and there should be anything to mount unless Myth is trying to
mount something configured on my backend only?

I did some more testing, I have twice got the frontend to start properly in
which case it runs fine until I quit, reboot etc  But what I also found is
that a segfault occurs when I switch logging to "-v all"

I *think* the problem doesnt occur at all if the frontend can't reach the
backend at startup, even if after startup it then finds the backend.
