Might be new in trunk.  Here's the original:

Only shows with in-vision signing:
FIND_IN_SET('SIGNED', program.subtitletypes) > 0

So, shows without in-vision signing:
FIND_IN_SET('SIGNED', program.subtitletypes) = 0
