[mythtv-users] mytvweb=100% blank screen

Most of my mythtv installs have been a slam-dunk, but this one ( ub 
gnome 10.4 .23 fe+be ) has been a struggle right from the start ( worked 
nicely under 9.10 ).
Now it's finally working except that mythweb displays (url)/mythweb/ and 
a totally blank
page.. not even any menus.
I have searched the archives, found lots of entries but none that seems 
to apply here.
What am I missing?
