for 1.23.86.1 read 1.26.90.0.

So yes 1.26.90 is great, watching BBC HD with it right now.

The loop was related to Alpha 3 pre apt updates (well it went away as soon as I updated) and that was 1.26.90, I started with the latest (hopefully greatest).
