Yes, it's really different. Yesterday I didn't try to solve it, but used 
the system. It occures only, when MythTV is idle. When I watch tv or a 
movie, everything works fine. Even after 2 hours.
My guess is still something with X power management, usb power 
management, hal, event interface, ...? But I don't really know how to 
debug, as the logs are very quiet about it...
