Thanks, that works very well--except I somehow don't get audio on the DVD
now (the audio is there when I play on the computer, and the audio was there
before--hmmm).  I see you use it from the command line--have you thought of
a way to integrate it into mytharchive's dvd burning?

I use the attached script from the command line to crop and convert my
videos to DVD format. You may be able to modify it to do what you want.
