Use Schedules Direct?

Or:

mysql -umythtv -p mythconverg -e 'TRUNCATE TABLE program;'

TTBOMK, the "bug" here looks to be that the listings provided by the 
broadcaster changed in such a way that the programs didn't match up with 
programs that were specified before the time change, so they weren't 
updated because they were different programs.  I.e. you (like everyone 
else in the US) are getting garbage EIT data.  Garbage in, garbage out...
