The most-obvious difference will appear in scrolling news tickers on
1080i video; when using Temporal or Advanced 2X the ticker will not
subtly jump up and down.

Unless saving a few dollars or having a fanless card is of utmost
importance, you're better off getting the 220 so you can use Advanced
2X with HD video.
