0.21-fixes.

For a while my (now deceased) laptop was a slave backend with a USB
tuner, more as an experiment than anything else. Anyway said laptop
died.

Now mythweb and mythtv-status tells me:

Encoder 1 is local on media and is not recording.
Encoder 2 is local on media and is not recording.
Encoder 3 is local on media and is not recording.
Encoder 4 is local on media and is not recording.
Encoder 5 is local on media and is not recording.
Encoder 6 is local on media and is not recording.
Encoder 7 is local on media and is not recording.
Encoder 8 is local on media and is not recording.
Encoder 12 is remote on bilbo (currently not connected).

Encoder 12 is the laptop one.

How do I get rid of this tuner? The master backend mythtv-setup
programme only allows me to delete all tuners or all tuners on the
masterbackend.
