Where do you adjust this?
I've tried already in the frequency field of the dtv_multiplex table,
but there was no improvement.

I can't imagine how this has happened, but there's no mplexid 11 in the
channel table so it's a bit weird.
update dtv_multiplex set frequency=205625000 where mplexid=7;
It's working now!
*hangs head in shame*.
I wish I'd spotted that sooner!
