How about, just measure the diameter of the holder - it's probably 
either 20 or 25mm. Then buy one the same diameter.

There's a relatively small number of sizes actually used, and the 
thickness isn't all that critical - so a computer store will probably 
only have one cell of that diameter, and it's almost certainly the 
right one.

BTW - the model number of the cells is simply the size. diameter in 
mm and thickness in 1/10s of a mm. Eg, a CR2032 is 20mm dia and 3.2mm 
thick.
