[mythtv-users] How would you handle the kids leaving Live Tv on all the time?

I been testing this and it does indeed display a prompt after N minutes
of inactivity:

"MythTV has been idle for <N> minutes and will exit in <60 second
countdown> seconds.  Are you still watching?"

Choice is Yes or No.  Yes is the default so its just one button press to
carry on watching live TV.

If you don't answer the question within 60 seconds live TV exits
automatically without any interaction.

The setting is per frontend so if the kid's use a different system you
can set it lower of theirs without annoying everybody else.

I suppose the biggest problem is choosing a suitable value for the
timeout so you get the balance right between reclaiming idle tuners
quickly, and not being prompted to often when you really are watching
live TV.
