[mythtv-users] Terra theme, 24 hour time

Can anyone tell me why the Terra theme (at least on my box) will not honor
the time format that I have selected in the appearance settings.  Instead it
always displays a 24hour clock.  Other themes work fine, the date format is
honored.

This is on the weekly builds of 0.23fixes from the Mythbuntu PPA.
