In 0.23, MythVideo now stores a hash with your file.  The first schema
update will take a long time, as it is calculating all those hashes. 
Once things are hashed, you can move between storage groups and local
access at will.  MythVideo will detect the moved video and adjust the
database entry accordingly, without losing any metadata.

Local access will not be removed until the DVD playback issue has been
resolved, but storage groups are the preferred mechanism.  The python
bindings and mythweb will only work with storage groups.
