[mythtv-users] How to ensure STB is on

Ok, I've hardcoded a 1 second delay after execution of MENU and EXIT.  I 
tried messing with making it user defined, but my C skills suck and I 
was not having fun anymore, so I intend this to be my final revision. 
If someone more skilled than I wants to take a crack at it, feel free.
