These came from another slave backend on my laptop which I installed for testing. After shutting it down these messages stopped. The problem still remains though.
Now I shut down the other slave backend, started /usr/bin/mythbackend from the terminal to see any messages and now the jobs are running on the slave.
What is the difference between starting the BE from the init script and /usr/bin/mythbackend directly and what would be the solution to the problem?
Thanks
Thomas
