The HDHomeRun is available in the UK. Someone provided a link to a seller many, 
many months ago. As far as I remember, it is basically just a twin DVB-T tuner 
box (ie Freeview) with an ethernet connection that interfaces exactly like the 
US version.

It might be more interesting for us over here when a DVB-T2 model becomes available.
