Thanks for this thread.  I've been using HDPVR with live TV for many
months now (haven't moved to .23 yet though).  I found I needed the
patches (but I didn't try playing with delays), or I couldn't change
HD-PVR channels reliably.

Unfortunately the pacthes have made the over channel changing very
unstable (but the HD-PVR changing works great).  My son was
continuously crashing the system when changing channels on my pvr-350.
 Without the patches I can change the channels on the pvr-350 without
issue.

Of couse now that Comcast is has gotten rid of the analog channels, my
whole setup needs revamping (which I haven't had time to do).

Anyhow, it looks like there are some good things to try here.  I'll
post back and update my results.
