Usually a state of confusion.

But I live in Wyoming. AT&T has coverage in a small corner in the southeast, 
which is mainly leakage from Colorado I think, but other than that there's 
almost no coverage. Verizon is the only wireless carrier with significant 
coverage state-wide.
