Current top view, pretty similar other than swap size - could that be an
issue?:

top - 10:03:52 up 14:13, 2 users, load average: 0.62, 0.54, 0.64
Tasks: 122 total, 1 running, 121 sleeping, 0 stopped, 0 zombie
Cpu(s): 9.3%us, 11.0%sy, 0.0%ni, 78.9%id, 0.0%wa, 0.0%hi, 0.8%si,
0.0%st
Mem: 1539232k total, 1051864k used, 487368k free, 49760k buffers
Swap: 2232992k total, 0k used, 2232992k free, 267640k cached

I'll grab another snapshot next time it slows down.

Cheers,
James.
