Did a little experimenting.. took my primary desktop (core i5 at 4.2ghz,
GTX-460) did a mythdora install, updated to 23-fixes, and 260.19.21.. issue
still happens with "default" settings

started with vdpaubuffersize=1 and worked up 1 at a time.

at 16 the 8500GT machine is happy
at 24 the 460GTX machine is happy.

So it appears for the time being I can tune around the H.264 issue, but in
my opinion something is still... broken.
