[mythtv-users] Broken 0.24 Upgrade using Avenard repo

I've been happily using 0.23+fixes and the Avenard repo for quite some
time with no issues. Today i decided to upgrade to 0.24 and did a
"sudo apt-get dist-upgrade" but now its stuck.

I've tried but it won't let me remove myth to try and re-install it.

Before I would just remove MythTV and reinstall it and be on my happy
