Robert I don't think anyone was complaining! Good work by the way.

For the record, makemkv does include chapter marks in the mkv,
although I think that browsing them is limited to going forward or
back through them one at a time rather than any menuing system (at
least i have never seen a player that offers a "menu" of mkv
chapters.)

makemkv isn't open source, is free (gratis) in beta and is rumoured to
be going to cost when it gets to release. Also it has some sort of
phone home feature that stops it working if your version is too old.
(In other words when it gets to a $cost 1.0 version, the gratis betas
will likely cease to work).

I can see why people choose to bittorrent hidef files to watch, when
so many barriers are put in the way of them watching a disk that they
legitimately bought.
