Johan,
     Well what you experienced did not have anything to do with tmdb.py 
as it obviously works if when you used the "w" key to get metadata.

     Maybe the "retrieve all video details" may works a bit different 
than the interactive "w" command. Someone more familiar with the 
internals of that function would have to comment.

At least you now have an alternate method for the very few movies missed 
by the "retrieve all video details" option.
