Are all of your arrays type fd in fdisk?


Can you post the output of mdadm -D /dev/md0

And mdadm -E /dev/sda2
mdadm -E /dev/sdb2
mdadm -E /dev/sdc2
mdadm -E /dev/sdd2


And cat /proc/mdstat


If you have to do this from a livecd that is fine.
