OK, I did that.  Added my HDHR back in, I have not added my HDPVR back in
yet.  Did a channel scan.

I was still getting that message about encoder 26 and 27, but I restarted
the master backend and it went away after that.  I can now see LiveTV.

I'm now browsing through channels trying to find any in HD but not having
much luck so far ...  and now I'm getting distracted by Star Trek 2 ... mus
resist.
