Matt,

There are other options.  If you are still in the planning stage, then 
Mike's suggestions are probably the best / easiest bet.  If you're 
already a ways down the "fresh update" road and that approach isn't what 
you want, then look thru:

I used the info in those to do what you're considering. It's pretty 
straight forward.  I had gone too far down the "update" path to back up 
when I got the suggestions from Mike.  So that wasn't helpful.  I 
eventually found the stuff above and it worked fine.
