Most (but not all) of the problems there have to do with user education, or lack thereof. Others relate to Canonical not having the willingness/ability/whatever to accept patches from upstream into their kernel, despite them fixing almost all the cases I'm aware of where there are real issues that users are reporting. Most of these are imon issues, which are fixed in 2.6.36, which is available from the Canonical kernel team ppa, but there's also talk of a linux-backports-module package being made for Ubuntu 10.10 w/an updated imon driver in it, among other things, so I guess they'll address this in their own way somehow.

I'd advise against MythDora right now. The latest release is based on Fedora 12, which is about to go end-of-life at the end of November.
