to determine which capture device is the 950q (it's commonly hw:1,0 if you
only have a single sound card installed and the 950q). From there you need
to set the appropriate capture ALSA device within mythtv-setup.
If you cannot output audio at all, that is outside the scope of the 950q
support and somebody else could better answer your question.
