Jarod,

Thank you for the taking the time and creating the patch.

I was able to compile it and now some of the top keys are working like 
U/D/L/R.  But how would I go about to get the other keys working in 
Myth?  I tried searching and my best guess is setting up Lirc with 
devinput?  Can you say how you got everything to work with myth?
