I have 2 DViCOs card but with a different chipset. They don't error like 
yours but also don't play too nicely together.
When I rebuild my system with a new M/B I had to move them around in the 
PCI slots to get them on a separate bus.
Also it may be possible to tweak your bios to set the IRQ directly.

I'm speculating here, but it also looks like your card isn't loading the 
right driver.
