Hi
What does this "jump program file buffer" mean?
Someone somewhere?

Subject: [mythtv-users] Error Opening jump program file buffer - Live TV
from client machines
Hi
I have 3 systems running Ubuntu 10.04, one as a Backend MythTv 0.23 system
and 2 client front end systems which prior to the installation of Shepherd
could run live TV on all systems. Now only logging on to the back end
system directly can I watch Live Tv whereas on eaither of the clients I get
the "Jump error" above. I have uninstalled the Front end on the client
PC's and reinstalled to no effect and really do not know how to
troubleshoot as they can see the Back end system and connect but will no
longer run live TV. What does this error indicate as it means that the
client server model has completely broken at my site?
I have a Dvico Fusion HDTV DVB-T Plus PCI card which was running in a
Windows system well for years an seems compatible with MythTv 0.23.
Shepherd seem to work fine with no errors and is picking up schedules fine
however my client machines cannot run live TV.
Any ideas how I should troubleshoot?
Many Thanks
Anthony
