Based on Ken's tip, I used this:

http://www.silicondust.com/hdhomerun/lineup_web/US:93xxx#lineup_yyyyyyy

and also

http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Adding_Digital_Cable_Channels_%28For_ATSC/QAM_Tuner_Cards_--_USA/Canada%29_Rev_1

to scan and then look at available clear QAM-256 channels.

A whole bunch of channels have been moved around, now on different
frequencies (and multiplexes). I've changed the frequency IDs in the
channel table, and the service IDs are correct, but I still can't get a
lock. I assume that the multiplex IDs have changed. How do I figure out
the multiplex IDs from the data I have?

I have the scan.log and scan.conf files from the results of the second
page, but they don't really clue me in:

scan.log:
[00ac]:171000000:QAM_256:2112:2113:172
[00a5]:171000000:QAM_256:2176:2177:165
[00ab]:171000000:QAM_256:0:2241:171
[00a2]:171000000:QAM_256:2304:2305:162
[00a1]:171000000:QAM_256:2368:2369:161
[00a3]:171000000:QAM_256:2432:2433:163
[00a6]:171000000:QAM_256:0:2625:166
[00a7]:171000000:QAM_256:0:2689:167
[00a4]:171000000:QAM_256:2560:2561:164
<snip>

scan.conf:
C022-172:171000000:QAM_256:2112:2113:172
C022-165:171000000:QAM_256:2176:2177:165
C022-171:171000000:QAM_256:0:2241:171
C022-162:171000000:QAM_256:2304:2305:162
C022-161:171000000:QAM_256:2368:2369:161
C022-163:171000000:QAM_256:2432:2433:163
C022-166:171000000:QAM_256:0:2625:166
C022-167:171000000:QAM_256:0:2689:167
C022-164:171000000:QAM_256:2560:2561:164
C022-168:171000000:QAM_256:0:2497:168
C022-170:171000000:QAM_256:0:1985:170
C022-169:171000000:QAM_256:0:2049:169

I know that SOME of the multiplex IDs haven't changed, because many of the
channels are still viewable; however, about half of the clear QAM channels
have changed their freqIDs.

Once I have the correct multiplex IDs for the changed channels I can
manually tweak them in the database (using webmin), I hope, and be all
good...? Channel table? Multiplex tables? Aaaargh!
