OK, so thanks to Gavin Hurlbut, the Perl bindings will, by default, 
install into a reasonable directory.  Users who don't like Perl's 
default may override that directory with 
--perl-config-opts=PREFIX=/usr/local or whatever.  They should never 
install to a directory that requires changes to your system/Perl 
configuration, unless you explicitly tell it to.

Also, as of r26435, the Python bindings should now install in the same 
location they did before [25901].

Note that any user who has installed trunk using the MythTV make install 
since [25450] should check for redundant installations of both the Perl 
and Python bindings and, if any extras are found, remove them.
