[mythtv-users] Video is X frames behind audio dropping frame

I have a new ION based box, with filter set to VDPAU NORMAL. When playing back recorded TV there is obvious dropped frames and the FE log shows the error below.
I have no clue has to start investigating this one....can anyone help? My CPU is at 25% and the top process is X
