[mythtv-users] .24: Proper auto transcode settings for HDHomerun - audio slow/video choppy

After a couple of days of running my MythTV .24 setup, I thought I'd
set up auto-transcoding to MPEG4 of my HDHomerun sourced recording
which were coming in at about 7.6 gigs an hour.

I used settings I found in this thread:

My machine hummed away and very shortly I had a 1.7 gig file. Went to
play it back and not only did the video look a bit choppy, but the
video and sound was slow like a tape in slow motion. I saw some really
old thread about that so i figured I'd post here to get the latest
suggestions. Seeing as the settings are from 2007 I'm guessing I
should have kept looking for something newer. Heading off to turn off
auto-transcode until I get your suggestions.

My video card is a 1 gig GT430.
