It depends what you are doing, I have had hardware raid5/6 with 6-8
spindles doing a lot of random I/O and seen issues with myth playback.
 It may work fine, but I would never trust my DB and data to be on the
same set of drives.  It might be because I run things other then myth
on my systems so it can be more of an issue, but it has become SOP for
me to separate them
