By default,

Y = NEXTSOURCE
Ctrl-Y = PREVSOURCE
C = NEXTINPUT

You actually want NEXTCARD, which has no default.  So, go to 
mythfrontend Utilities/Setup|Edit Keys, select the TV Playback context, 
and bind a key to NEXTCARD (or, unbind Y from NEXTSOURCE, then bind it 
to NEXTCARD).

Not sure what you're trying to do here, but:

V = TOGGLEPIPMODE
Ctrl-V = TOGGLEPBPMODE
B = NEXTPIPWINDOW
N = SWAPPIP

and CREATEPIPVIEW, CREATEPBPVIEW, and TOGGLEPIPSTATE have no default 
bindings.
