I use a tv as a monitor and ps3 bluray remote to control myth. it is the
only remote requiredto use it. There is a simple script which checks video
output state and turns the amplifier on and offvia lirc that's it. I use
photo pile screen saver to show pictures and power management to turn off
the output the tv turns off automatically 5 minutes later.
