[mythtv-users] Myth problem or HDPVR probmem?

Trying to nail down a problem with a Mythbuntu
(2:0.24.0+fixes.20110209.6318d52) install that happened around the end
of Jan.  Things stopped recording.  There was a few errors about can't
open device, etc, but I reset everything (machine, HDPVR, cable box)
and things seemed to start working again.

However, it says it records something, and even the backend log looks
good (see below).  It creates an entry in the RECORDINGS table for the
episode, but there isn't anything on disk at all corresponding to that
file.

Anybody see anything in the log below that looks unusual?  The only
difference I see is that there isn't a rec->GetFileName call shown,
but myth has bee updated a couple of times in the last month, so it
could be just a removed debug message.

Help?
